Dr. Pramesh Dave is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 30 years of experience, specializing in chronic care and both outpatient and in-hospital medicine. He cares for adults across the full range of internal medicine — from everyday wellness to the most complex, long-term conditions.
Dr. Dave graduated from M. P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, India, and completed his residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. He has practiced in Texas for the last 30 years as an internal medicine physician, and most recently spent four years with WeMed delivering value-based care.
Today he brings that experience to his own practice in Mansfield — treating every patient like family, regardless of insurance or any other bias.
